The Technology department at Palisades Park Public Schools recognizes that distance learning may have technical challenges that need to be resolved in order for students to continue to be successful. In order to support our students we can provide the following:
Students needing technical support with their Chromebook's can use their school email account (@palpkschools.org) to submit a support ticket. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the student name, grade/HR teacher and a description of the problem (screenshots are helpful). A technician will work with the student to schedule a remote support session based on that request via a Google Meet session, Chrome Remote Desktop, etc.
We understand that working technology is central to the success of distance learning during this time and will be working to best support students’ success with functional technology.
