Lessons on NJTV

Starting Monday, 4/6, NJ students in grades 3-6 can tune into public television to follow some of the classroom lessons they've been missing since the closure of school.
Teachers will be providing lessons on NJTV, the state's public access network, as well archived on the network's website,, in an initiative designed to advance remote instruction at home. NJTV, the NJEA, and the NJ DOE partnered together in the effort.
The lessons will be available during four programs on the show NJTV Learning Live each weekday.
3rd Grade instruction begins at 9 a.m.;
4th Grade instruction begins at 10 a.m.;
5th Grade instruction begins at 11 a.m.;
6th Grade instruction begins at 12 p.m.

Subjects will include ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies and a Special (Art, Music, or PE).

Technical Support For Chromebooks

The Technology department at Palisades Park Public Schools recognizes that distance learning may have technical challenges that need to be resolved in order for students to continue to be successful. In order to support our students we can provide the following:

Students needing technical support with their Chromebook's can use their school email account ( to submit a support ticket. Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. containing the student name, grade/HR teacher and a description of the problem (screenshots are helpful). A technician will work with the student to schedule a remote support session based on that request via a Google Meet session, Chrome Remote Desktop, etc.

We understand that working technology is central to the success of distance learning during this time and will be working to best support students’ success with functional technology.

Our district Guidance Counselors will be available to take your calls during the school day. Whenever a call is placed to this number, our team will field the call, provide basic support, and then send information out to the correct staff member for follow up.
