Important Chromebook and Hotspot Return Information

Subject: Chromebook, Charger, and Hotspot Returns – Important Instructions

Dear Students and Families,

As we close out the school year, please review the important information below regarding Chromebooks, chargers, and hotspots for students in grades 5 through 12.

🔁 Device Returns

• Grades 5 & 6: Return your Chromebook and charger to your homeroom teacher by Tuesday, June 17th. If you borrowed a Wi-Fi hotspot, please return that as well.

• Grade 12: Seniors must return Chromebooks, chargers, and any borrowed hotspots by June 17th. Devices should be cleaned, free of personal stickers, and accompanied by the original charger.

• Transferring Students (Grades 7–11): If you are leaving the district, you may begin returning your Chromebook, charger, and/or hotspot starting Friday, June 13th, provided you no longer need it for final exams.

We kindly ask that all Chromebooks be returned by June 17th at the latest.

Before returning your device:

• Clean the Chromebook using a dry microfiber cloth only.

• Remove any personal stickers or decorations.

• Return the original school-issued charger. Fines may be applied for missing or damaged equipment.
