On Thursday, January 12, the ESL department had the pleasure of visiting the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. Eighty-three students attended this trip. For some students, it was their first trip into New York City. The first thing we did was watch Wonders of the Artic, a 3-D movie, which was also a new and exciting experience for many. Then the students began to explore the museum in amazement. They were intrigued by the exhibits found in the Night at the Museum film, as well as dinosaurs, African mammals, and various cultural exhibits. It was an unforgettable experience for all who attended.
Thanks to Neighbor Plus for their most generous gift to offset the cost of the field trip. A special thanks to Mrs. Munn and the teachers who chaperoned our trip.
The Palisades Park Hope Club's Christmas Carol Team had a great time last Friday! The students performed atthe Korean H-Mart and the participated in Christmas carol performance for scholarship fundraising.
